- Return Fees: £70 flat‑rate return shipping. Free return if declined at the moment of delivery.
- 14‑Day Change of Mind: Returns without reason within 14 days incur a £70 fee.
- Damages: Report any damage on the day of delivery for a free replacement or collection. Reports after 48 hours may incur a £70 fee.
