At Mooazaa Furniture, we understand that reliable delivery is an important part of your shopping experience. We work closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to ensure that your order is prepared, dispatched and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Delivery times can vary depending on the product, availability, supplier, destination and delivery service used. The estimated delivery timeframe applicable to your order will be communicated on the relevant product page and/or during checkout.
1. DELIVERY TIMES
Each product has its own estimated delivery timeframe.
The delivery timeframe shown on the product page represents our estimated delivery aim and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
For furniture and other larger items, delivery may take longer due to production, international transportation, customs procedures, specialist handling and final-mile delivery arrangements.
Where applicable, made-to-order or bespoke products may require additional production time before they are dispatched.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant updates affecting your order.
If your order contains multiple products with different estimated delivery times, your items may be delivered separately.
2. DISPATCH AND PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
The estimated processing or production period for each product is stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
For products that are made to order, production will normally begin after the order has been confirmed.
Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where tracking is available for the delivery service being used.
Some large or specialist furniture deliveries may be arranged directly with the customer rather than through a standard parcel tracking system.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Certain products may be manufactured or prepared after an order is placed.
Made-to-order products may require a longer production and delivery period than standard-stock items.
Where a product is genuinely bespoke or personalised, the applicable production timeframe and any relevant cancellation or return conditions will be communicated before or at the time of purchase where reasonably possible.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns and statutory cancellation rights.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please carefully check your:
• House or building number;
• Street name;
• Postcode;
• City or town; and
• Any relevant access or delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delivery delays, additional delivery attempts or additional costs.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving address-related delivery issues, but any additional costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.
5. DELIVERY OF LARGE AND HEAVY FURNITURE
Furniture can be large, heavy or difficult to transport and may require specialist delivery arrangements.
Depending on the product and delivery location, the delivery service may be:
• Doorstep delivery;
• Kerbside delivery;
• Room-of-choice delivery; or
• Another delivery service specifically stated on the product page or agreed with the customer.
Customers should ensure that the property can safely accommodate the delivery and that there is suitable access for the item.
Please consider entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts, doorways and other access restrictions before placing an order for large furniture.
Mooazaa Furniture cannot be responsible for delivery difficulties caused by access restrictions that were not disclosed to us before delivery.
6. DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
For certain furniture items, the delivery partner may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or delivery window.
Customers should provide accurate contact information and respond to delivery communications promptly.
Failure to respond to delivery arrangements may result in delays or additional delivery attempts.
Where an additional delivery charge is incurred because a customer is unavailable at an agreed delivery appointment, the customer may be responsible for that charge where it is reasonable and permitted by law.
7. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may not become active immediately after dispatch, as the carrier may require time to scan and process the shipment.
For certain large furniture deliveries, tracking may be limited or may be provided through direct communication with the delivery partner.
If you believe that your order has been delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and provide your order number so that we can investigate the status of your delivery.
8. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we work closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can sometimes occur.
Possible causes include:
• Supplier or production delays;
• Carrier delays;
• International transportation;
• Customs or import procedures;
• Severe weather;
• Industrial action;
• Public holidays;
• Unexpected logistical issues; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with an update and, where appropriate, discuss the available options with you.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have in relation to delayed delivery.
9. DELIVERY INSPECTION
We strongly recommend that customers inspect the external packaging and the item as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where visible damage is present, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible.
If possible, photographs should be taken before and during unpacking.
Customers should not refuse a delivery solely because the packaging shows minor external marks unless the product itself appears to be damaged or the delivery partner advises otherwise.
Please note that failing to inspect an item immediately or signing for a delivery does not, by itself, remove or limit your statutory rights.
10. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible.
For the quickest possible resolution, we strongly recommend reporting visible delivery damage on the day of delivery or within 48 hours and providing clear photographs or video where possible.
This helps us work with our supplier and delivery partner to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Please note that requesting notification within 48 hours does not remove or limit any statutory rights you may have.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a repair, replacement, collection or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where Mooazaa Furniture is responsible for the issue, we will not require you to bear reasonable return or collection costs where applicable.
11. DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery costs may vary depending on the product, destination, size, weight, delivery method and other logistical requirements.
Some products may qualify for promotional or free delivery where this is clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations, where such charges are disclosed before purchase where reasonably possible.
12. CUSTOMS, IMPORTS AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, additional customs procedures, import requirements, taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination country.
Where such charges are the responsibility of the customer, they will not normally be included in the product price or standard delivery charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
13. DELIVERY TO SAFE LOCATIONS
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where the selected delivery service requires attendance or a signature.
We do not recommend requesting that valuable furniture be left in an unsecured location.
If a customer provides specific instructions to leave an item in a particular location, the customer should understand that this may affect our ability to investigate certain delivery claims, subject always to applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the case.
14. DELIVERY TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect address was provided, access was unavailable, or the customer was unavailable for an agreed delivery appointment, the delivery partner may arrange a further delivery attempt.
Any reasonable additional delivery costs caused by circumstances within the customer's responsibility may be charged where permitted by law.
If the delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to Mooazaa Furniture or our delivery partner, we will work with the relevant parties to arrange an appropriate solution.
15. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Mooazaa Furniture remains responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We will work with our suppliers and delivery partners to investigate delivery issues and resolve them as promptly as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

The Refurbished Brightr® Aurora is our 5 cm dual-sided topper for customers looking to add softness and comfort to their existing mattress. With two different comfort sides, you can simply flip the topper to choose the feel you prefer.
Firmness: Soft / Medium
Thickness: 5 cm
Best for: Softer comfort and mattresses that currently feel too firm
Construction: Dual-sided – simply flip to change the feel
Choose the Aurora if you:
- Prefer a soft to medium sleeping surface
- Find your existing mattress too hard
- Want extra cushioning without a very thick topper
- Want the flexibility of two different comfort levels
- Prefer the more affordable 5 cm option
Probably not right for you if: you want a noticeably firm sleeping surface. For more support, consider the Titan or Titan Deluxe.
As a refurbished product, it has previously been returned to us, for example following a customer comfort trial. It has been inspected, cleaned and prepared for resale and may show minor cosmetic signs of previous handling or use. In return, you get a Brightr® topper at a significantly reduced price while helping give a perfectly usable product another life.
