30โDay Return Policy
We offer a 30โday return window from the date your item is delivered. During this period, you may request a return by providing the reason for your request. A ยฃ70 flatโrate return shipping fee applies.
You are welcome to decline or return any item at the moment of delivery at no cost, before it is accepted into your home.
If you choose to return an item within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, a ยฃ70 return fee will apply per order. To ensure a smooth collection, all items must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging or packaging of comparable quality.

Packaging Requirements
For all returns and exchanges, items must be:

This ensures safe transport and prevents additional damage during collection.
If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.ย and we cant accept a returns items (made to order).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Goods
If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at:ย

The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.
All goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. This includes packing and using the same protection materials used when delivered. Failure to do so might incur charges and deductions from the reimbursement.
Customer will have 48 hours to mentions any damages in the goods received which might be incurred during transit or was a manufacture faults. Failing to do so will can caused customersโ returns rights to be cancelled or incur further charges.
For the purposes of these Cancellation Rights, these words have the following meanings:

Where possible we will arrange for the fault to be repaired or replaced. If the fault cannot be repaired or replaced, we will remove the item and issue you a refund.
There are some items that we cannot accept as a return and that is bespoke items (made to order) this again, is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Please get in contact for further information.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
